This two-level 3500 sq. ft. home is spacious enough to accommodate up to three families or responsible adults looking for a private, cozy, inviting home to enjoy in the Okanagan Valley. This spacious layout gives lake views from the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and several bedrooms. You can walk out onto an upper deck and lower patio to catch some rays or to enjoy the stars at night.

This home has a variety of sleeping arrangements and a downstairs rec room that is perfect for the kids. Enjoy comfortable decor, fresh linens, towels, a barbecue on the patio deck, a swimming pool, a hammock, ample places to lounge outside, a pool table, and a public boat launch less than a minute away. This home is in a quiet and peaceful residential area surrounded by vineyards. This vacation property can sleep 12-13. Please note that no parties or events are permitted.

House Notes

This is not a party house, guests are expected to treat the home as if it is their own. No overnight guests outside of initial booking party. Quiet time is 10pm. We encourage guests to clean any dishes on departure and to please start a load of towels on the morning of departure. Please leave your bedding on the beds. We really appreciate all of this!

Maintenance staff will visit to ensure proper upkeep of the property. These visits are typically scheduled on Tuesdays, although they might happen on any other day of the week. The staff will not be accessing the inside of the house. They will respect your privacy and will only work on the outside.

The house will be protocol cleaned thoroughly upon departure. There will be an information sheet in the house and activity brochures. The closeness to all things in Osoyoos and Oliver is amazing!

Osoyoos is one of Canada’s best little-known secrets! It is surrounded by desert, vineyards, orchards and mountains. This desert town is home to Canada's warmest freshwater lake which is perfect for all of your water-sports needs.

This area is famous for its wine touring and world-class golfing. The local fruit stands and farmer's markets also provide an opportunity to discover a wide variety of products including cherries, plums, peaches, apricots and nectarines. Nk’Mip Desert Cultural Centre and Osoyoos Desert Centre both have hands-on exhibits and trails exploring the unique desert ecosystem. The Osoyoos Museum traces the town’s history and The Osoyoos Model Railroad offers a miniature re-creation of a world of trains.
